On the positive side, business looks in decent shape despite the revenue recognition timing issue. The new contracts signed number is the forward looking number, together with the the increase in cash balances, they both tell you that. The announcement also implies that there will be some additional large contracts signed before the end of the financial year.

So it is clear that we now have the for sale sign up. It appears that Myer and Dolby will not block a sale at the right price, so I reckon this business will be taken out within 18 months. I would not be surprised to see either a buy back or a dividend announced at the formal results next week, a little salve for managements pride.

Back to @$ 1.8 to $ 2 in the next few weeks, in my view.
