so if Institutions who Cody did the road show with were aware that WBT were "considering" a placement wouldn't it be in their interests to force the price down as much as possible to lower any raise price. Over what period will the raise price be calculated on - I guess that's the big question.
It's not an equal playing field, big end of town will always win - but once they're on board they'll let it rise again. IMO
so if Institutions who Cody did the road show with were aware...
