East Coast suggest news on offtakes should allow BML to raise development capital at $0.35. I guess if you believe that then anything under that price is a good buy. Might explain some of yesterday’s enthusiasm .. although volume wasn’t large.
To do a CR at $0.35 the share price would have to be around $0.40 … so once again if they are on the money then there is plenty of upside ahead of any CR. I was expecting a CR at more like $0.50 given the amount needed ($70m has been mentioned by Shaws) otherwise the dilution will be a concern for current holders.
