Yesterday's drop would likely have a lot to do with the leading story in this mornings AFR...Federal Resources Minister Madeleine King has emphatically backed carbon capture and storage as the best way for the resources industry to reach net zero emissions, but stopped short of reversing a freeze on project funding to accelerate the roll-out of the technology....So investors who had priced in a reversal of the cancelled funding to Boral and Adbri will be hurting.
This budget was really disappointing from a carbon capture and storage perspective.
