No, this most likely being run up and down by the current primary operator. Probably the investment bank that WBT got their recent round of funding through.
They want to derisk their position as fast as possible and have the means (supply ) to do it. If not them - someone else. One seller yesterday and today with 130k + shares to create anxiety.
Directors sell all the time. Not great for for bulls but cannot be helped. The recent director (or whoever it was) conversion of options to shares did also register as a possible bearish signal to me the other day.
