You could also take it as a positive that he persuaded someone to buy nearly $2M worth of shares at $6.57. Think the buyer would have bought them if they didn't think it represented great value and the company was going places? The Director needed the funds most likely for the same reason as he needed them last time ... for his new company. He still owns a shed load of WBT's.
