Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-3

PDI have a governance problem. This has been an ongoing theme. Holding back results and doing capital raisings to "sophisticated investors" with no ability for retail to participate and then a week or so later releasing new positive drilling results that were obviously in managements hands whilst doing the capital raise. This has been going on for two years now and I would have thought the new MD would have put a stop to it. Very disappointing and whilst I am a shareholder and want to see the company do well I am also happy that the ASX called them out on this dodgyness. Hopefully this will put a rocket up management to remind them that they have a certain level of professionalism, respectability and probity to uphold being an ASX listed company and both shareholders and the ASX now have them on close watch.
