If Barossa is delayed significantly, I think STO will be looking to capitalise on any existing assets they may have "parked".
Those that "seem to" have relatively straightforward approvals to proceed... but, in the current environment who knows, anything is possible.
Dorado may be a very tempting opportunity in that case.
