The price at 7.5c was probably the bottom as the last of the sellers capitulated.
When that happens it means sentiment has turned.
When a stock rises quickly for no reason it probably means that somewhere an analyst has recommended the stock to clients or perhaps it's had a mention in the news as a hot prospect. There is progress towards FDA approval and other developments that are always in the background.
