I don’t disagree with some of what you’ve stated.

They’ll need a cash injection soon, regardless of how much they’ve curbed spending. And the delay on the NRUP is unknown, but could be up to 12 months.

Hopefully though, glass half full, is that these other projects get expedited and start generating revenue.

I will be interested in HOW they raise cash next time around, but I don’t believe the stock is necessarily being pumped for an impending CR.
Mostly because, a pet peeve of mine has been that the company has historically waited til “5 minutes before they run out of cash” before doing a CR, often after the price has actually fallen.

I think the reason for the movement, and all IMO, is because the stock was probably oversold on the recent announcment. Folks realising that $9M MC is a pretty cheap punt for most spec stocks, and that the strategic partner falling through doesn’t mean the sky is necessarily falling….
Though the volume was pretty decent.

I myself actually bought a little more under 1c (for full disclosure).
