    It's rare to see this strong a response from an investment report.
    To me it indicates East Coast Research had some clients to put into it.

    Co-incidence with the general market kick, is either fortunate or exquisitely-timed*. If the latter it bodes well for East Coast and Altech's judgment.
    Anyway, we need a little bit of luck.

    All IMVHO
    * let the chartists (+/- influencers) figure that one out.
