Can't how see how this deal gets over the line. Innodata shareholders don't like their shares being used for currency. Now has a MC of AUD $260M vs APX of $236M.
Unless Appen want a backdoor listing on to the NASDAQ, then I don't see this deal happening. Might not be bad for Appen to have access to more capital via US investors. But you need both sets of shareholders approving the deal.
