Is it possible APX can botch two takeover offers? Telus at $9.50 (provided a great exit liquidity pump for the smart ones who bailed), and now this mob at 70c?
Thread below worth a read. Bidder has been the target of a recent short seller report, for trying to juice their numbers via a string of unprofitable acquisitions.
