I do have a question though if anyone can enlighten me...
Why did Appen have to inform us about this innodata merger talk/non deal? Was it because innodata had released some information or there was a leak? Appen wouldn't have to then go and tell us about all the other offers the receive surely? Especially if their only doing a scoping study on a particular company?
If anything... I wasn't expecting the large telco news but that was the only thing I would assume would come out yesterday rather then this old news that innodata were offering a merger by way of shares that seems to be some time ago? I am a little confused and so maybe someone with more experience could explain. Thank you. #Confused
