In my opinion, APX is currently active in the market, with insiders likely having additional information. However, this is not going to the moon but should be significantly above todays $1.08, but where I dont know! and I refused to pay 28.5 so that's how much I know
Those making preliminary offers will likely be purchasing before anything concrete.
