the “70c” was in paper, and the bidder’s currency has since dropped circa 40%. So even if they did pursue their bid, at the offered ratio it’s actually now worth low to mid 40s, not 70.
but retail suckers don’t care, they be buyin’ at $1
which for the reasons above I find hilarious
