Ann: Response to ASX Price Query, page-250

Well I have been watching and reading the posts just sitting here having a bit of a giggle.
How many times have people bought up the 70c offer? Crazy.

So in their eyes, their argument what is the situation? Someone knew about the offer and has been buying APX to make cool hard cash? They know that the offer was 70c buy keep buying well past 70c and up to $1? Surely if I was in the know I'd buy and then stop at 50-60c because I want to make a decent profit? The 70c argument is just silly. I read an article and it said this offer is more like a guppy trying to eat a guppy, no shark here.

But buy the looks as someone else said the statement to the ASX is more like a red herring, sharks are likely circling, watching the guppys play. 70c is long gone and maybe it is shorters needing to recover, but then the weak hands have just played straight into their. Or more likely, we are way oversold, way undervalued and there are sharks wondering if its time to have a look at part or all of the business. But like all T/O offers, if its $1.50, or $5 we'll open between $1.40 - $4.50 after the TH. Its not like it'll be an Ann then we go up 20% and people get a chance to by in on the way up, lol.
