Looks like the Appen value trap has struck again and hundreds of new holders will be stuck in Appen. Welcome to the club! It really is atrocious how leaky Appen is with price sensitive information. I imagine this is because American executives are not threatened by Australian regulators legal action. True to form Appen will drop 30% in the morning. The fact that the board even considered a 70c all scrip offer shows how much trouble the company is in.
