I am not convinced that there ar negotiations currently underway to be frank. Can't see that a BP or other external party would be willing to fork out cash when the results of the trials are not yet finalised. BIT has constantly blamed the CRO's for delays in getting a final report so we can take that at face value that the final report has not been received.
