Just wondering and nitpicking on an important detail.
If we were the BOD of ARL, and the T&C of the negotiation are mutually agreed, basically finalised verbally, would we announce the outcome there and then, or do we wait until after the formal paperwork is completed?
The 1st May deadline hinges on the latter than the former, is my view.
