I believe you would be correct in thinking that @DDTRH. Many years of past experience with HRR/ARL tells me that management do not pre-empt anything. Until the paperwork is signed, nothing will be announced to jeopardize the situation. I'm sure this is why these two parties would get on so well .... honesty, loyalty & trust would be playing a big part in this unification.
