Confused here, Why would NNG have gone intro a trading halt on the back of an acquisition that (as per their ASX reply) is deemed non material by NNG because final terms have not been agreed nor signed? Unless the inside trading and loose lips was out of control? The ASX reply seems to counter to the need for a trading halt, confused on this one. I hope NNG come out of this with a strong message of confidence, with a solid funded and complete announcement. Why do these “type” of stocks take these actions..should be structured, planned, mapped out and implemented/executed. Maybe someone with a little more experience on this forum may have some ideas. If so, would be great to learn more.
