Pac Partners would advise Bcal of their raise recommendation and Jane has great experience in capital markets. Due to the raise being fast tracked because of speeding ticket they would not have had time to do an "offical" board meeting for approval of shares. I have heard Bcal are also in ultimate control of allocation which means the raise will not be given to Pac Partners flippers.
I'm not worried about what the share price does tomorrow. Value will be realised in many multiples of where we are now in good time.
