maybe I am reading too much into the ASX Response but it states that its a placement(s). Does not sound like a typical CR we mostly see by companies which is to issue share parcels to sophs, etc who flip quickly for pips. Sounds more like it could be larger parcels that will be taken up by longer term investors who want a seat at the table. Jayne Shaw is pretty savvy and I suspect would prefer to see stock go into "safer hands". I hope this is the case.
