Gina's Ecuadorian subsidiary entered into a JV for the Linderos copper project on April 18. Binding agreement is expected in the next few weeks.
The terms are basically Gina will spend up to 120m$US or decision to mine to earn 80% of the project. Titan will receive 3m$US cash payments along the way.
The Dynasty, Copper Duke and Copper Field projects are 100% owned by Titan but the company has mentioned in a recent interview that they are in advanced discussions for a JV for the Copper Duke asset.
