So QHL are putting it down to previous announcements about drone work and restructuring.
All seems a bit odd to me. How often does a reply to a speeding ticket say "oppsie we've leaked market sensitive info and someone has taken advantage"....never! i think the speeding ticket may just be a trigger for them to delay an announcement so it doesn't look linked to this price rise but thats a conspiracy theorist in me talking. Lets see if something else comes out over the month.
