With Hebang's current holding of 10.8%, after the first phase shares are issued, it will take their interest up to 23%.
Then, after the second phase issue, they will hold around 43%. Now, that might be diluted a fraction depending on how many of the 145 million AEVOs are exercised in October (could be most!!!!).
This WHOLE NEW ball game has a stack that still has to be worked through, and "could" end up ANYwhere.
AEV has to establish that they are a desired participant in what has the potential of being a very large business, especially if the Darwin plant is also involved, especially when Hebang Hong Kong has to also provide interest-bearing loans to AEV as a controlled subsidiary of the Company. Is that all for Wonarah??
How will AEV management perform in the next vital 6-12 months, although "controlled", they most certainly still have a major part to play, are they up to it??
Does Hebang want to be involved in two major manufacturing plants? Batteries are a bit of a long bow compared to their extremely successful bread and butter business.
What a story this "could" be. With "as soon as possible" a, very welcome, prominent inclusion in the agreement.
Let's see those time lines and plans. Can't wait to see them and the market's reaction in the next few days.GLTA.
