c) If an announcement cannot be made immediately, why not and when is it expected that an announcement will be made? As requested by ASX AEV requested a trading halt as AEV has been in advanced discussions with a prospective investor in relation to execution of a Binding Terms Sheet for a capital raising. The Binding Terms Sheet has been executed but AEV cannot release an ASX announcement until after close of trade on 26 July 2024 as counterparty is listed on a foreign exchange and announcement is required to occur simultaneously.
