Yeah possibly.
However I think it would be in their best interests to release it in the 1st week of Aug. If NICC delays it unreasonably, their dodgy handling of the case will weigh against them even more.
In hindsight, really smart of Bell to conduct the hearings publicly, he probably could sense the magnitude of manipulation NICC crooks are capable of. There is pressure on NICC to release the report ASAP.
And Brett Walker, Australia's highest paid barrister, who represented STAR must've put the best argument forward, poking glaring holes in NICC's conduct.
IMO.
