    wlauy1 I think a2m probably does a lot of due diligence acquisition reviews we never hear about.

    Due diligence reviews are not top secret and a lot of people in both companies know what is going on. They happen all the time.

    Everyone knows a2 is cashed up and any one who wants out of their business would be knocking on a2's front door.

    From my experience about 10% of due diligence reviews results in a purchase. Many companies are rubbish and would be nightmare purchases.

    But it will happen. When and who probably no one knows.

    I just hope a2 does "due dilligence" properly. i.e puts their "A" team on the review. There is no room for errors.
