On 31 July 2024 the company announced its intention to dispose of the ClearPay Joint Venture.
This HAS TO BE investigated very , very closely by all NSX shareholders.
Where did the 3.2 million of NSX money go?
How much of the 3.2 million went to ISX/NK related companies?
Where are any records of any genuine “work done” .
What “office space” did ClearPay really need? None?
this has to be asked to the NSX Board.
