SNT have been locked in for this presentation for so long, they have no choice but to present, regardless of data outcome.
But irrespective of today's explanation, I suspect that the last 3 days of the highest daily trading volumes this year (apart from one day on 22 Jan) does indicate positive sentiment about the interim data. Somebody has mentioned something, I would suggest.
