Does it seem a little odd that the data is available, yet the stock is allowed to continue trading? I had expected a TH as soon as the data was 'released'. What's to stop someone who has access to the data putting a quiet phone call to a mate (or meeting on a misty bridge at night somewhere perhaps), 'Oi, heads up, buy/dump'?
From the ann today:
The Interim Data is currently only known to a limited number of people on a
confidential basis. SNT has no reason to believe that any of the Interim Data has
ceased to be confidential.
The Interim Data is confidential, uncertain and requires peer review prior to
presentation, and is therefore insufficiently definite to warrant disclosure. A
reasonable person would not expect the information to be disclosed.
Despite the company having "no reason to believe that any of the Interim Data hasceased to be confidential", I'm going to start getting nervous if there's a drop leading to the ann. Am I missing something? Kinda hope I am.
