NDA with companies that already announced IP deals on ASX?

The reality is Sean could've worded the reply better, and in corporate world, diplomacy goes a long way. Which is clearly lacking here.
NDA excuse do not apply in this instance as the IP deal was already announced, it is quite funny shareholders trying to support and nourish this lazy behaviour from the company, now I understand why company provide opportunities for a few special shareholders for meals on wheels services Easiest money spent to get the mob going.
After all, it only takes a few to create a narrative around here, just like a few shareholders on LinkedIn pretending to be the experts on the subjects with no clue trying to do ''research''.
The point is not to hear the old news, but taking the time to explain to ASX why the share price was rising. The share price was rising within a week after the IP deals were announced, so why not explain this?
It shows that the company is confident in it's own deals, but now it looks like the management do not have any interest in shareholders money.
This is a public traded company ffs.
