    I'm hearing ya, but I'd think they will produce their JVEP first before a deal is done.

    There was very large upside in JVEP based on the grade of the concentrate ~34% reducing the tonnage of freight, offset by reduced recoveries.

    It'd be nice to see the 215K on the offer get inhaled by close tonight.
