    The CFO abandoning ship and a few directors resigning have sent this down.

    eBev disappearing is what has sent this down.

    Agrichain failing is what has sent this down.

    Non-expansion to Asia is what has sent this down.

    Not achieving "profitability by June 30 23" has sent this down.

    CC SOE taking a thousand years has sent this down.
