I agree with earlier comments about being sick so fair enough, I wouldn't be checking my emails if I wasn't working.
What is totally poor management is having one point of contact / critical point of failure for something so significant to the business rather than several key leaders on contact for the decision notice. The fact this wafted over the weekend with no apparent awareness is pretty bad and also the lack of awareness of what is happening in AUS relative to the USA and tardy response (probably a time zone issue).
I still think the company has great prospects (and have owned it since HWH days) and agree that clearly the corporate side of the business needs to sharpen up its governance fast. It's becoming a significant global business, get your act together!!
