This is all a storm in a teacup and posters with opinions and views - until further information is released, no one here has the facts on which to base a sensible decision or indeed opinion. The cynicism of the world today has been on show through many of the posts here. Part of the problem is also that we have an ASX listed Company, primarily doing business in the US and time differences cause problems. However, a solid Corporate management structure should have had that covered off. Lets hope its lesson learned.
On the issue of Corporate Governance, there are clearly some holes, that need remedied immediately, and to that end I will be writing to the Company. The misalignment of time zones and failure to have a plan to address those situations, as well as failing to meet two of the criteria, should have been covered off. - But that is IMO, without facts to support why they failed on 2 counts, so lets see what comes out in the full ASX release.
At the end of the day though, I still think its onward and upward and I wish I had followed my first thought when the price dropped, which was to back the truck up.
