You have indeed always been a buy or hold on sentiment, but you did not actually hold stock yourself across this little incident - which to your credit you flagged to the market. Your disclosures unequivocally tell as much.

You were all over these threads after your revelation (and selling of stock) lambasting anyone on the day, including me, that dared suggest the matter of the code was not definitely related to EIQ - you were of course right. Again, whilst you may have hold or buy as your sentiment, you had sold by your own admission/disclosure and did not hold, and after your initial post on the (then) possible rejection, were keen to sow negative sentiment on 19 May in your running commentary.

In your own hubris you mocked me on 21 May for having bought at a $0.265 open post the company clarification, telling how you'd already bought on Monday 19th in the low 20's - yet didn't have "hold" on your disclosures after the trading halt, a simple oversight I am sure.sneaky.png

Hats off to you for finding the rejection where the company was indeed slack. Perhaps investors like @Auzcan might have preferred you simply notify the company of the rejection they should have picked up. Perhaps then the share price might not have fallen as much as 30% in a day on Monday 19 May on your revelation. But then the opportunity to sell out of your stock and buy back in far lower would have not availed itself to you....sneaky.png

Hats off to you Tristan, for the discovery and getting out your EIQ position to buy back in lower (all their in your own disclosures), which I would not have highlighted if only you didn't try and deny your own personal gain in the adventure and paint yourself instead as some resolute bull of EIQ. You clearly were not when it was to your financial advantage.
