You have very low requirements on your shareholder advocacy champions. I think a few retail shareholders who panicked a bit on reading Hot Copper and sold sub 26's, quite possibly to Tristan himself buying (having earlier sold his stock higher by his own admissions/disclosures), might disagree with you.

Again, doing a service to EIQ shareholders would be flagging the error to the company who could inform the market (i.e. predominantly easily spooked retail investors) of the rejection with clarification of the context for the business - as they subsequently did - with less likelihood of -30% intraday falls.

If you thinking selling his stock; flagging the error to the markets on a retail investor forum (that then saw the stock decline 30% on the day); lambasting dissenters to the enormity of the error on said forum; and him buying back into the stock (and boasting with hubris subsequently his low buy-in) is doing EIQ investors "a service", you might need to rethink your judgement on your shareholder advocates.

I applauded Tristan on his discovery. Doesn't overly bother me. Provided me the opportunity to buy some more stock on the lower prices, feeling the falls excessive if the rejection was them. Other holders who sold [possibly to him]) maybe less willing to applaud the way he sold stock, disseminated the information and bought back on the resulting massive intra-day fall.
