The way that I interpret this from IIQ is that they have big announcement coming and someone from outside the company has leaked that information and started trading on it.
Management have done the right thing to suspend trading in light of a leak of sensitive information.
I would now hope and expect that the ASX start a forensic analysis of recent trading in IIQ shares to determine who the inside traders might be and prosecute them.
