The downward pressure on the SP has been quite remarkable.
Company is saying nothing has materially changed from their perspective. Sure, a broker may downgrade forecasts, but this doesn't usually lead to the magnitude of selling pressure seen over the past few days.
Either someone is dumping their position or momentum has just got the better of the SP.
Positive announcement from my perspective and should see some support at these levels since the company is financially strong and has a highly diversified business. Might be a good entry point for fundamental buyers.
