    That the Chinese buying, and forced selling, was a telling sign of NTU's under-valuation in a larger geo-political perspective and that once the executive (and Australian more generally on RE/CM assistance) leadership got its act together, valuations would probably creep up. Throw in some dicey US/China talks with a US admin. with the diplomacy skills of a chimp, on rare earths and some production bottle-necks and shutdowns emerging....
