ASX is required to query big jumps in SP and volume,if not associated with any specific ASX announcement.
Coys are legally required to release any "Material" info to ASX immediately.
But there are "carve-outs".
So if info is confidential, or incomplete, or not executed etc, they cannot release it.
And we KNOW that IXR is working on various deals/avenues which are incomplete, confidential, and MATERIAL - eg USA, and Uk funding ( currently incomplete) and Brazil (also incomplete).
So all very material news to come.
Each or any one of those will be company- making for sure.
We just need to let the process complete.
