If they can sort out some additional funding that removes a big question mark that was hanging over the company.
They have already submited their phase 2 IND application to the FDA for NNZ-2566 and the FDA has indicated according to the company's annual report that "that Fast Track designation is likely to be approved and that Orphan Drug status is possible for the compound in TBI." So this is another milestone due to be reached.
Additionally the US army has reafirmed its comitment for further funding (I think an additional $4 m upon FDA approval).
If they can tick off the above then the sp could move up a bit more given its current micro market cap.
