Indicates to me that they will enter into a "definitive arrangement" with someone.

Breakeven result for full year not the worst outcome given the circumstances.

I continue to believe that their best asset is the store network/market share. Perhaps WOW, HVN or DJS might use it to build a stong competitor for JBH. Wouldn't cost them much.

Or JBH might take em out for fear of competition and to greatly expand their footprint.
