As Wing Commander Chilly says it is likely to be a third party that has leaked a sniff of the Seismic. DW does not buy 2 mill on market if there is not something positive expected. Given his focus on conventional of late I would expect that the Seismic is going to show a couple of large puddles of conventional.
Less likely there is is JV deal in the works.
All IMO.
