We refer to your letter dated 10th May 2016 received at approximately 9:42am (WST) this morning (copy attached).
As requested please find below the Company’s response to the questions from the ASX:
1. The Company is not aware of any information concerning it that has not been announced and which, if known, could be an explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company.
2. Not applicable.
3. As outlined in our investor presentation released 2 May 2016, the Company is currently negotiating a number of agreements with various telecommunication groups and ISP providers. No binding, conclu‐ sive agreements have been reached at this time.
4. Yes, the Company is in full compliance with the Listing Rules, including Listing Rule 3.1.
