yes indeed, they chose MGT for it's uniquely valuable and highly abundant resource, and I also see this being as big for NextOre as it will be for MGT.
Although this is hardly NextOre's first project as they have applied this tech to copper applications (as reference in that interview, but not entirely disclosed due to confidentiality terms in contracts). This is the first time debuting this tech for a magnetite application.
which IMO is still just as good if not better, because the tech is well understood and further derisk the venture.
Great minds came together to create this tech, and even greater minds, seized the opportunity to retain exclusivity. Very exciting to see how this will change the future of magnetite production.
