if there is funding , which i dont think there is , it may well hold up at current price ,
but one thing we know for sure there will be no revenue in 2019 , Meir has a long list of people lined up to blame for it running behind schedule ,,
i notice no blame attached to SAS for not paying their accounts and holding up the project
